Premier Food Safety offers two fully California-compliant sexual harassment prevention and abusive conduct training courses for supervisory and nonsupervisory employees. Each training is 100% online and meets the standards for effective interactive training outlined in California AB 1825, California SB 1343, and California's Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
These laws are enforced by the California Civil Rights Department (CRD), which sets the standards for all sexual harassment training programs. Each program covers every mandated topic, including the definition of sexual harassment and sexual harassment based on gender identity, expression, and sexual orientation. Interactive, real-world examples allow employees to see their choices and outcomes, helping employers create a safer, more respectful workplace.
